Example · Synthetic project. Every figure is the Atlas engine’s own result for this project. Some gaps close with documents, others with changes to the deal. Better evidence makes the case clearer. It does not promise a better score.

What happens after Workspace? Raise on both rails.
Workspace gets your deal ready. Once the structure, documents and investor checks are agreed, a compartment issues the instrument through Luxembourg on dual rails, and you gather funds from traditional and digital channels, coordinated from structuring through servicing to an investment-banking standard.
- 01
Issue through Luxembourg
A ring-fenced compartment issues the instrument, with its ISIN and terms agreed for the transaction.
The documents name the Luxembourg vehicle, the compartment and its assets, and the terms define investor rights.
What sits behind it - 02
Go live on dual rails
One instrument, two ways in: fiat through banks and brokers, stablecoins on-chain, under its terms.
Fiat subscriptions are paid through the bank channel, where supported. Stablecoin subscriptions run on supported networks, with onboarding.
See both rails - 03
Raise from both channels
Gather funds from eligible traditional and digital investors through one route.
Both routes follow the instrument’s terms, investor eligibility and transfer restrictions.
The roles behind the work - 04
Run it end to end
Onboarding, subscriptions, investor records and reporting, for the life of the instrument.
Once cleared, onboarding and subscriptions run on both rails, and the instrument is administered for its life.
See the four stages
Capital from both worlds
Traditional channelsParticipating banks, brokers and appointed distributors, where supported.
Digital channelsEligible digital allocators and vault curators, subject to each mandate and admission.
Your whole raise, on one route
- Structuring and documents
- Luxembourg compartment and ISIN
- Investor onboarding and eligibility
- Fiat and stablecoin subscriptions
- Multi-chain issuance and distribution
- Servicing and investor reporting
T-Blocks arranges and services with counsel and appointed providers; it is not the issuer. Each transaction is assessed individually. Subscriptions and bank acceptance are not guaranteed. Issuance terms and any listing on a venue are agreed separately.

What you get3 questions
01Where does the time saving come from?
From doing the slow part first. Instead of chasing missing evidence and rewriting the pack round after round, you see the gaps up front. That is how you get on chain up to 10x faster. Legal review and live issuance still follow.
02What does a score add if I already have advisers?
A second opinion in advance. You see how an underwriter or tokenization company would read your deal, so your advisers start from a clearer case. They still judge the transaction and negotiate its terms.
03What makes a deal investable?
A clear asset, a believable cash plan and evidence that backs your terms. Atlas shows you where one of these is missing before someone else asks. It is an indicative view of what you submit, not an investment decision.
How it works3 questions
04How soon will I see my result?
We will confirm the turnaround when access opens. During testing, results depend on readable documents and any information you need to confirm. Join the waitlist for the opening notice.
05What happens to my documents?
Your documents are used to prepare the assessment and support the authorized review of your case. The access and retention terms will be confirmed before public access opens. Read the privacy notice before submitting confidential material.
06Who can get access now?
Public self-service for Atlas Private and Meridian is coming soon. Join the waitlist to hear when each opens, or submit a project for a conversation with the team today. Atlas Markets is a separate listed-market tool, available by invitation.
What you need3 questions
07Which documents should I prepare?
Start with a cash-flow plan, evidence of the asset or other backing, and the ownership and structure documents. Include the dates, amounts and obligations that explain how investors would be paid. If something is missing, Atlas can identify what to add; an information check may be the first outcome.
08Does this fit credit, real estate or funds?
Workspace is designed for professional private-market proposals, including credit, real estate and investment strategies. The proposed terms and supporting evidence determine the route, rather than the asset label alone. Share your project with the team to discuss its scope while public access is being prepared.
09I already run an on-chain strategy. What does this add?
A way to offer a running strategy as a security. Atlas helps you organize the evidence, and Meridian is planned to turn it into terms and indicative documents. That gives you a stronger start when you talk about who can invest and how to reach more investors.
What it costs1 question
10What do I pay for, and when?
Public access pricing will be confirmed before launch. The aim is simple: settle your terms before you pay for an operational SubFund or live issuance. Legal, structuring and issuance services are agreed separately for your transaction.
After the result4 questions
11My score is low. What should I do next?
Start with the limiting reasons and the specific information Atlas asks for. Improve the evidence or revise the proposal, then reassess it. Adding a document does not guarantee a higher score, but it can make the reason for the result clearer.
12What will Meridian produce?
Meridian is being built to help you set investment terms and assemble an indicative PPM, a subscription agreement and supporting documents: an issuance pack up to 90% ready before live issuance. These features are planned, and the final documents still need legal review.
13Can my lawyers work from the Meridian drafts?
The planned pack is a starting point for your legal and structuring advisers. Its value is a coherent proposal they can review and revise, with the terms and unresolved points together. Draft documents are not execution-ready agreements.
14Does using Workspace commit me to issuing with T-Blocks?
An Atlas assessment is separate from an issuance engagement. You can discuss the next step with T-Blocks after reviewing the result; any structuring or issuance work needs its own agreed scope and terms. Portability and use rights for the planned Meridian documents will be stated before purchase.
